7 Website and project timescales & expectations

7.1 Website or project completion timescales provided via our website, contract or any other forms of communication from us (visual and otherwise) are approximate estimations ONLY and should be taken as such.

7.2 Project/s completion & Transfer fees

ALL projects Drop Ship Businesses for Sale completed website projects will be subject to a PFRTF (Project Final Release & Transfer Fee) that will become payable at the very end of your project completion and before ANY files are handed over to the client. This fee will also need to be paid before any website project is released into fully LIVE final status – and before the client is allowed to begin making an income from the completed website.

Website files and earning potential will not be handed over to the client until the PFRTF fee has been paid up in full by the client. This final fee is payable by all of our clients and is negotiable.

Clients’ projects will not be released nor fully handed over until this final fee has been paid in full.

Clients are also to be aware that Amazon Kindle account creation & uploading also attract a fee of $99. Clients agree to pay this at the completion of the Amazon Kindle eBooks project and before they are uploaded to Amazon’s KDP platform.

The client agrees that the completion of their website or project (including Amazon and other Guaranteed income projects) may overrun or underrun stated completion times or a website may fail “final release” testing – in which case Drop Ship Businesses for Sale may require additional time to satisfactorily complete the clients’ website.

The client agrees to allow for this time extra required time in rare circumstances and understands that Drop Ship Businesses for Sale will complete the clients’ project in the shortest possible time whilst maintaining high standards. A minimum of at least 12 months should be allowed for the completion of projects before any legal action against Drop Ship Businesses for sale is commenced. 10.2 In the case of our Guaranteed income business plans, the client agrees that refunds can only be issued and are ONLY due if after a minimum period of 12 months has passed, you have not made back at least your initial investment amount back. No refunds will be due before a minimum of 12 months has passed from the project start date or if legal action is commenced against us and a project is therefore paused. We reserve the right to halt, pause or discontinue any project at our discretion.

10.3 In the case of our guaranteed income business plans, once our team begin the phase of creating your custom contract, NO refunds can be offered after this point, even if this falls within the 7-day cooling-off period.

10.4 Clients sending in their deposit are considered to be committed to paying the rest of the balance due on their project in full. No refund is to be due if the balance of their project has not been paid in FULL

11 SEO Services

One clear month’s notice needs to be given to us for the cancellation of our SEO services and the client should owe no monies on their account for this to be accepted.

SEO services that have been agreed upon before the start of any project MUST be paid for upfront each month or projects that owe any monies will be suspended until the account balance has been cleared to $0 zero

11 Other parties

11.1 The client accepts that, as a limited liability entity, Drop Ship Businesses for Sale has an interest in limiting the personal liability of its officers and employees.  The client agrees not to bring any claim personally against Drop Ship Businesses for Sale officers or employees in respect of any losses you suffer in connection with the website.

11.2 Without prejudice to the foregoing paragraph, you agree that the limitations of warranties and liability set out in this website disclaimer will protect Drop Ship Businesses for Sale officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries, successors, assigns and sub-contractors as well as Drop Ship Businesses for Sale.

12 Unenforceable provisions

This includes but is not limited to threats of legal action against Drop Ship Businesses for Sale.

15.3 Projects that are not terminated with us will only be resumed upon satisfaction of Drop Ship Businesses for Sale that the client has/will cease such behaviour and seek to make amends for previous breaches of this clause.

16 Variation
